Bilingual Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team at Below Zero. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our high-quality cosmetics and skincare products. You will be the face of our brand, offering expert advice and ensuring that every customer finds the perfect product for their needs.

 

Responsibilities:

● Provide expert product knowledge in both English and Spanish, guiding customers to select the best skincare and cosmetic products tailored to their individual needs.
● Engage with customers in-store, delivering a personalized and positive shopping experience.
● Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and returning customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
● Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring customers are fully informed on how to get the most from their purchases.
● Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
● Assist with store events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

● Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of customers.
● Self-motivated and sales-driven, with the ability to consistently exceed performance goals.
● Previous sales or retail experience in cosmetics or skincare is a plus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $120.00 - $1,000.00+ per day (dependent on sales performance)
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
